I'm a geoscientist turned futurist dedicated to helping people navigate the complexities of the energy transition with curiosity, compassion, and a focus on a fulfilling future.
My work centers on moving from fear and division to understanding and action, exploring the intersection of a healthy planet, meaningful work, and a good life.
What’s the story?
My journey began as a geoscientist in the oil and gas industry, where I spent 10 + years. While the transition out of the industry was not entirely my own choice at first, this experience gave me invaluable insight into the challenges professionals face during significant career changes.
This sparked a passion to dedicate my skills toward a more positive future. I am now committed to helping individuals, communities, and organizations adapt and thrive amidst the energy transition through my work as a podcaster, futurist, and mentor.
Guided by curiosity and wonder, I strive to create a space where open dialogue is encouraged, and the many paths to a sustainable future are explored. I am not only working to help people affected by the energy transition, I’m also dedicated to supporting people in building better careers in general.
I believe that by working together and staying curious, we can achieve a future that is good for people and the planet.

My approach
I'm all about diving into the unknown together. Instead of pretending to have all the answers, I like to explore with a curious mind, alongside you. This is about asking the right questions – the ones that others might be scared of – and then, together, figuring out how to reach that future we want.
I bring my skills as a mentor, futurist, and geoscientist to the table, along with my years of experience transitioning out of oil and gas. I use the same approach for my podcast, as a writer and as a mentor. No overconfidence here, just good old collaborative exploration.
